Tons of new bands to Tuska and day tickets available
Taking place in Suvilahti, Helsinki on June 26–28, Tuska festival has announced plenty of new acts. Day tickets and 2-day tickets are also now available.
With the recent sold out Black Box show in Helsinki Ice Hall under their belt, Amon Amarth are making a triumphant return to Finland appearing on Tuska’s Friday bill. Other opening day additions are Eluveitie, Lost Society, Deafheaven, Mørket, Khroma and Oceanhoarse.
Saturday’s programme has been strengthened by local heroes Mokoma, Norway’s Gaahls Wyrd and Finnish up-and-comers Lähiöbotox, Kohti Tuhoa and Vorna.
The master of progressive metal, Devin Townsend, will play a special "By Request" show on Tuska Sunday. Townsend's fans are invited to vote for their favourite tracks from a pre-selected list, and the most voted songs will be heard live in Suvilahti. Cast your votes here. The progressive-aggressive Humavoid has also been added to the Sunday bill. More artists will be announced over the course of spring.
